את ההמלצות אספנו מפורומים שונים, מהורים שפגשנו על הדרך, והוא התעדכן כל הזמן.

היות והדברים משתנים לאורך השנים, העלינו עמוד חדש עם סקר גני ילדים ופנינו לגולשים ברשת לתת לנו את חוות הדעת. במידה וחוות דעת מסוימת תהיה שלילית צוות מטעם האתר יבדוק באנונימיות את התלונה על מנת להחליט אם לפרסם אותה או שלא ואם להוריד במידת הצורך את הגן מהרשימה.

איך הילד מגיב? איך הצוות מרגיש לכם? באינטואיציה?

קחו בחשבון שמי שיבלה עם הילדים שלכם רוב היום אלו אנשי הצוות – הסייעות.

האם הן מרגישות לכם נעימות? סבלניות? האם הן מעשנות? 

האם יש בגן מצלמות?  

אחת הדרכים הטובות היא להגיע לגן בסביבות השעה 4 אחר הצהרים ולפנות להורים שמוציאים את הילדים מהגן ולשאול אם הם ממליצים ולומר שאתם מתעניינים בגן. כדאי לשאול לפחות 3-4 הורים כדי לקבל סוג של התרשמות על הגן.

כמו כן, כדאי לעשות ביקורים בגן מבלי להודיע מראש, בשעות הבוקר הפעילות, להקשיב מחוץ לדלת, לראות שאין צעקות או ילדים בוכים בלי התיחסות. גם אם הצוות לא יסכים שתכנסו, תבקשו כמה דקות לעמוד בצד ולהתרשם מהפעילות בגן. גננת שתהיה קשובה וסבלנית בעתיד, תסכים שתכנסו. בכל זאת, מדובר בילדים שלכם.
