אירוע אמהות לתינוקות ואירוע הכנה ללידה לזוגות של 2BMOMMY – מה היה לנו שם?

אחרי הפוגה קצרה חזרנו במלוא המרץ לאירועים של 2BMOMMY. ההיענות היתה מדהימה!

מסתבר שאמהות זקוקות לערב חופשי בחוץ, בלי הילדים, בלי הבעל, עם חברה טובה והרצאות טובות ושגם נשים וזוגות בהריון נהנים לצאת יחד לערב מפנק בבית קפה ולהנות מקצת זמן איכות לפני הלידה ולקבל טיפים שיעזרו להם בהמשך.

 

אז מה היה לנו החודש?

MOMMY’S NIGHT OUT – ערב לאמהות בלבד!

ב24.7.11 – יום ראשון, התקיים אירוע לאמהות לתינוקות ופעוטות במיסטיק רוז קפה שבנמל תל אביב.

האירוע התקיים באוירה אינטימית.

הערב התחיל עם הרצאה של לירון גור שטייגמן,מכלים – אימון אישי  שנתנה לאמהות מספר דרכים שבהן יוכלו לקבוע את סדר העדיפויות שלהן ולהתנהל בצורה יותר טובה בשגרת היום יום עם הבית, הילדים והעבודה.

אחרי לירון עלתה שירה קראוטהאמר המקסימה ממכללת בייבי לינק, שנתנה הרצאה מעלפת על שינה של תינוקות, דיברה על סיבות לבעיות שינה ונתנה טיפים וכלים פרקטים גם באופן אישי לאמהות שבסך הכל רוצות לישון בשקט בלילה.

האירוע התקיים בשיתוף עם : דייסות LIFE, מכללת בייבי לינק, AVENT, PAMPERS, מרכז נפגשות, בייבי טבע,  BELLYBOOK – צילום הריון אמנותי.

גם להריוניות מותר להנות – ערב לנשים וזוגות בהריון

ביום ראשון האחרון, ה-31.7.11 קיימנו ערב נוסף, והפעם לקהל של נשים וזוגות בהריון. גם האירוע הזה התקיים במיסטיק רוז קפה שבנמל, והגיעו זוגות רבים שרצו לקבל קצת טיפים לקראת הלידה הצפויה ולדעת למה צריך להתכונן.

התחלנו עם הרצאה מעניינת ומשעשעת של מעיין דור, פסיכולוגית קלינית, שדיברה על הזוגיות בזמן ההריון, אחרי הלידה, למה לצפות, איך מתמודדים עם השינויים לאחר הלידה וגם קצת על סקס בהריון ואחרי – משהו שלא מדברים עליו יותר מדי.

לאחר מכן מיכל חרמוני שהיא דולה אחרי לידה  ומנהלת את מרכז נפגשות שבסביון לאמהות , דיברה על הימים הראשונים בבית ונתנה עצות מעשיות לטיפול בתינוק, איך כדאי להתנהל ומה לעשות ולא לעשות כשחוזרים הביתה עם הדבר החמוד הזה.

לסיום , יסמין פליגלמן , דולה , נתנה הרצאה שכללה בתוכה טיפים ללידה טבעית, טיפים להתנהלות בחדר הלידה, למה לצפות, איך הגבר יכול לתרום וגם קצת שיתפה בסיפורי לידה מתוך ניסיונה האישי, הרצאה שעושה חשק ללידה טבעית!

האירוע התקיים בשיתוף עם : קריוסל – שימור דם טבורי, AVENT , מרכז נפגשות, בייבי טבע,  BELLYBOOK – צילום הריון אמנותי.

לסיכום, היה כיף גדול, אנשים נהנו, קיבלו מתנות בסוף הערב והעשירו את הידע שלהם. על הצילום היתה אחראית מרב רביץ מושל מBELLYBOOK והנה קצת תמונות ממה שהיה לנו באירועים.

 

מה הלאה?

במהלך חודש אוגוסט יתקיימו שלושה אירועים נוספים :

28.8 – ערב לנשים וזוגות בהריון- קפה קפה ראשון לציון
